I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 square scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I added acetate behind the frame using strong double sided tape. I then added the frame to the card using thin foam tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape. I added glitter to the silver brooch to complete this gorgeous card which also comes with two matching gift tags.
