I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces.

I assembled the easel and stopper, then added the flowers as shown. (In the middle of them I punched a tiny flower shape from one of the spare sentiment panels I had and added a faux gem over that.) To complete it I used more faux gems over some of the stars.

This is a wonderful steampunk image, which really looks terrific when made up. It could be used for a variety of occasions.
