Cute as a Cupcake
This cute topper will fit on the front of an 8"x 8" card blank but it can be made smaller in any graphic program. 3 A4 sheets of decoupage, sentiment tags, matching insert and gift card

Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white 8 x 8 scallop edge card using d/s tape and then placed the remaining pieces using foam pads.
There is a matching insert with this kit which I placed inside to finish the card. There are many sentiments in the kit and I have placed them inside the cello bag so that my customer has a choice.
I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card and layered all elements. Added a lace bow, gems and two of the sentiment tags. Such an adorable design to suit many occasions.
