I printed onto glossy photo paper and matt topper on red card that I punched a border around the edges.
I then matt onto a white square card blank. I added pyramage with foam pads and embellished with snowflake die cuts, gems and my own sentiment.
The background colours and scarf make this ideal for Christmas cards as well as birthday.

Printed onto glossy photo paper and cut out all the pieces (nice and easy as there are no fiddly bits), I attached the main image to a scalloped edge card using DST and added the other layers with 2mm foam pads, I finished off by adding silver border peel offs around the edges.
This is a lovely design and looks beautiful when made up.
