I resized the design and printed it onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image with contrasting card and mounted it onto a white card with a punched border...I then added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel and to finish I added little pearls and a bow...how cute is this design it's gorgeous.
I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I added the greeting using thin foam tape. I made some small snips into the tassel to give a more realistic effect. I added some glitter to the tassel and to the small flowers to complete this gorgeous card.
