I printed out my design onto photo paper, cut out the elements and layered them onto a pretty pinkcard. .
I punched a green card and matted that onto a floral background I used double sided tape to layer my design and finished off with a peel off greeting, a ribbon and a ceramic flower with bling.
I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card and layered. Added a bow, a sentiment and finished by printing my own message on the blank tag. A gorgeous design.
