I printed this on Crafty Bob's glossy photo paper and cut out the decoupage which I layered using foam pads. I added the 'Happy Birthday' sentiment just underneath the ribbon in the top left hand corner. I then attached it to an 8 x 8 scalloped edged white card blank using double sided tape.

A very classy lady.
