Printed onto Photo Paper. After cutting out all the elements, I used DST to attach the Topper to a Pink scalloped edge card and the insert to the inside of card.

Used foam pads to build up the decoupage.

I used Pink glitter on the Bonnet and purple glitter around the buttons. A pretty design, that makes into a card any little girl would love.
