After printing out the sheets I cut and folded the card body piece and the added the decoupage layers and sentiments using sticky foam pads.

I chose 5 of the tags to insert in the pocket and punched a hole in the top of each and tied some organza ribbon. I thought they would make nice bookmarks for the recipient.

As finishing touches I added sticky back pearls and a gem to the decoupage flowers and then stuck in the insert provided.
