Vintage Roses Topper Kit 926Completed by Valerie Spowart
I printed out sheets onto matt photo-paper, cut out and attached base to square white card, added decoupage with foam pads and butterflies with silicone glue and finished with red satin bow to centre flowers.
A lovely design.
