Vintage Roses topper kit 921Completed by Peggy Stogdill

I attached the topper to a peach card, then added the second topper with silicone gel (when I cut out the second layer of the topper, I removed the background and the back tag).

Embellished with Prills in the flower centers, and die cut corner and crystal, decorative borders at the top and bottom, and a scrunchy bow.

Attached the lovely insert and used the front of the included gift card in the center, left inside.
