I printed the sheets on matte photo paper, printing an extra set for backing the card base and main image (used a large glue stick for this).

The tutorial gives great instructions for constructing the card, but a few additional things I did: colored the cut edges of the glued-together card base and main image with distress ink, added two small flower clusters from the extra sheet I'd printed, and hung a birdcage charm with narrow hemp cord from two small holes I punched in the main image.

I also distressed the sentiment panel a bit. This is a wonderful design, easy to make, and creates a very collectible keepsake.
