Vintage Poppy Lady 931Completed by Debbie Knechtel

I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I mounted on an orange mat and then a green card front. I added gold corner peel offs and light green pearls to corners. I used glitter glue on ladies hat and flowers on dress.

I used a tag left from a previous sheet.
