Vintage Birthday 70th Card Topper Kit 1190Completed by Helen Howell Designs

I printed the design onto 250g matt paper and cut out all the elements. I glued the front panel and the insert into a prepared card. All the 3D elements were then attached with foam squares.

I edged the 70 in old gold glitter and the bodies of the butterflies in multi coloured glitter. Also used multi coloured glitter on the tag bow. Finally as a finishing touch I added tiny blue and white pearls to the flower centres.
