Vase Of Flowers LilacCompleted by Valerie Spowart
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Female
I printed out sheets onto matt photo-paper, cut out and attached base to a square white base, added topper with foam pads, then cut out an additional topper and cut round flowers and attached to previous topper with foam pads.
I then added additional decoupage from kit and greetings tile with foam pads. A lovely design.
