TULIPS: 5 Page Decoupage Card Front Mini Kit

This kit has five pages of pretty pink tulip graphics and papers for you to cut, fold and decoupage as much as you wish.

It's also versatile-14 sentiment tags, 4 verses and two background papers make it great for a wide range of occasions that you can really make your own.
