Tranquil Scene-wreath Topper Mini KitCompleted by Peggy Stogdill

I resized the sheets small enough to fit both sheets on one piece of matte photo paper and made two cards (there's plenty of decoupage for both).

I covered two 5" square cards with papers from cup197467_487, then glued the wreaths in place.

I added a sentiment panel to the open wreath, shaped and added the decoupage with silicone gel (both cards), added corners made from the checked paper to the open wreath card, and finished with touches of white peel-off borders and tiny bows.
