I printed the design on to a Glossy photo paper. I clipped the items out. I glued the main design on to a C5 Scalloped card. I attached the Decoupage and Sentiment on using Sticky pads.

A quick and easy Stunning, Fantastic, Wonderful and Amazing design that will make many very happy recieving this design as a card!!!
