You can use the card base image as a stand alone topper or as a guide to layer on top of or you can layer the card from scratch.

The design was printed onto 200 gm card and the pieces cut out. The background and the main piece were mounted onto a card blank using dst and the smaller pieces were layered using 1mm foam pads.
This is a very pretty design that is simple to make and very effective.
