I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card. Layered all elements. Added gems and my own sentiment. A gorgeous design.

Printed pattern onto 130gsm matte inkjet paper and mounted base picture onto magenta card stock. Attached 3D elements with foam pads and used border sticker around the edge. Added greeting, used a touch of glitter and finished with faux gems.
