I printed the design on good quality glossy cardstock. Matted dark pink onto black base card and added main image. Cut out elements and decoupaged using silicone glue. Added a few pearls.

I printed onto satin photo paper. The main picture was layered onto mauve card then a 6 x 6 scalloped card blank. The decoupage was added using foam pads.
