Printed on matte photo paper. You need to cut one more panel to back the card-I used a pretty coordinating paper from Katy Kinsey, cup358025_572.

The card was assembled according to the tutorial, using a glue stick for the panels and silicone gel for the decoupage.

I added an embroidery floss tie to the spine but that was the only "extra". This is a wonderful design just as it is, beautiful inside and out.
