I printed this off on to good quality photo paper and cut out all the elements. I fixed the base design on to green glitter card and then on to a teal A5 card with dst.
I fixed the corner pieces with foam pads.
I decorated the front of the card with some of the hearts and placed an Anniversary sentiment. I finished off with some gems to centre of hearts and a little glitter to highlight the beading around centre heart.
