I printed out on decoupage paper, then stuck on a green background and onto a card. I then put the butterflies on which are peel off stickers, I stuck four onto acitate and cut round them using foam pads I stuck on the wings and layered up for a 3 D flying affect.

For the insert I stuck that on green paper then into card.
