Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper.. I printed the Main page twice, to use one as Decoupage. Used DST to attach the Topper and Insert to a purchased white card. I used Foam pads to add the sentiment and the parts of other sheet onto the 4 corners.

This is a wonderful, design and very easy to make up.
