I printed the design onto good quality card and cut out the pieces.
I mounted the card front onto glitter cardstock and then attached the card front to the card using d/s tape.
I layered the decoupage pieces using foam tape and added some gems to finish off the card.

I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card. Layered all elements. Added gems, a bow and my own sentiment. A gorgeous design.
