Printed on 135 gsm gloss paper, I cut out all of the elements and decoupaged using foam pads, I then mounted the image onto the card and inserted the insert using dst.

Beautiful Card with front Verse and Pansies. This was fussy cut out, printed on photo paper and used foam dots to make it 3D.
Printed out and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white 8 x 8 scallop edge card using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.
There is a matching insert which I placed inside to finish the card.
