I printed this out on to 216gsm matt photo card and cut out all the elements. I scored and folded base card and then attached the decoupage items with foam pads.
I added glitter to highlight flowers and butterflies, added a lilac bow to Happy Birthday oval and then added a couple of decorations from my craft stash.
Very pretty and easy to make.
