Printed on matte photo paper. I cut out the pieces and assembled the card itself with a glue stick. To cover the back, I used a coordinating backing paper (this is all covered in the excellent tutorial).

I added the decoupage and sentiment with silicone and added some lavender Liquid Pearl dots at the top of the arch.
