Printed and cut out design pieces. A square of golden hearts background design (cup97966_168) was mounted onto black card with DST, trimmed to leave a narrow border and secured to front of white base card with DST.

The topper was then secured centrally with DST and decoupage/chosen sentiment with foam pads. The matching insert was secured with DST. A gorgeous design, suitable for a variety of occasions.
