Framed picture decoupage card with beautiful roses. The kit has 3 sheets which include the card front, insert, decoupage and sentiments.

The finished size is about 7.5in x 7.5in.

I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card. Layered all elements. Added gems and a sentiment to finish. Absolutely gorgeous.
