I printed off the sheets and cut out the decourpage items and mounted them with foam tape onto the base topper.

Took a matching green cardstock to create the card base and placed the insert inside the card with DST.

I then adhered the base topper onto the front and added two sentiment tags slightly off centred to create more dimension.

I left the remaining decourpage pieces for another smaller card.
