I actually printed this card out twice as the first time I had my printer on japanese postcard size, I made up both cards using hoogie board to crease the sheet in the correct places.

I made up the decoupage with foam pads and added the happy Birthday greeting.

So by mistake I have ended up with a gorgeous gift tags as well. A really easy card to make that looks so pretty.
