Lilac Lace Fan - Edgy - Mini KitCompleted by Valerie Spowart
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Female
I printed out sheets onto matt photopaper, cut out and attached base to white card, cut round fan shape and added decoupage with foam pads, then punched out corner from back of card and finished with lilac bow and lilac gems to fan.
A stunning design.
