I printed the design onto 255gsm photographic paper and cut it out. I cut, scored and folded a white card and attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I cut away the white areas of the card to suit the design.

I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape. I added some pearls to the fan to complete this gorgeous card.
