Printed on 200 gm matte photo paper. Per the instructions, I cut a piece of cardstock (I used a pretty coordinating print) the same size as the insert.

I scored, folded and creased the glue tabs on the front panels and used dst to attach them to the insert, then backed the insert (to cover the glue tabs) with the extra cardstock.

I added the decoupage with foam pads, and some with silicone, in such a way that it extends over the center front, but still closes easily.

So easy to make, but a real stunner!
