Joy is a Flower Mini KitCompleted by Hazel Pepper

I printed the sheet onto photo paper at 90% and cut the elements out. I mounted the base image onto back card ant mounted it onto a 20cm x 20cm card blank.

I used 1mm foam pads to add the decoupage and text panel, which I first mounted onto black card.
