I printed the design on to a Glossy photo paper. I clipped the items out and made my own matching card. I glued the main design on to them and attached the Decoupage and Sentiment on using Sticky pads. I Punched out matching hearts and added to the card.

I used a contrasting boarder on the card then cut and attached using 3d pads to make up the picture added sentiments to finish off.
