I printed out sheet onto matt photo-paper, cut out and attached base to deep blue pearlescent paper, then to a scalloped edge white scalloped edge card and added decoupage with foam pads.

Simply backed onto delicate flower paper
Decoupaged over 3 layers enhancing the flower and bird
I printed off extra corners and used this edge the whole card
I used complementary washi tape and a strip of sparkles to finish
