Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. Using cup510878_10, I cut a piece to fit a white 8 x 8 scallop edge card and attached it using d/s tape.
I then made up the card and added this to the backing paper using foam pads.
I then tied a matching chiffon bow and added this to the top left corner to finish.
