Hat with a Black Velvet BowCompleted by Wayne Swan

I printed the design on to a Glossy 200 gsm Photo Paper. I clipped the items out. I made a Black mat and waved all around the mat. I attached the Main design on to the mat using Double sided tape.

I attached them on to a 8 by 8 Scalloped card again using Double sided tape. I attached the Decoupage/3D and Sentiment on using Sticky pads. I added matching Pearls in a Pink/Apricot colour. A Quick and easy Gorgeous design that turned into a Beautiful and Loving card!!! Easy to photograph and the quality is great!!! I really recomend this design to all of you!!!
