Gorgeous Purple Tulips
This lovely mini kit makes an 8x8 square topper with decoupage, greetings, a blank greetings tile, two gift tag toppers and a matching insert.

A beautiful image
I printed the image on matte photo paper and cut out the elements and mounted with foam pads
I added the topper to the card base with double sided tape and added my choice of sentiment and a satin ribbon bow to finish

* Used 3D squares to create the "Gorgeous Purple Tulips" decoupage
* Placed the Gorgeous Purple Tulips design on an 8" white square card
* Coloured 3mm clear gemstones with purple Sharpie pen
* Attached 3mm gemstones in the corners of the design
* Placed insert inside with d/s tape
* Added "Happy Birthday" text over the insert
* Glued the small image on the front of the envelope
