I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
I printed the sheets onto glossy photo paper and cut out the elements. I used a white 8" card blank and adhered the topper using dst. I decoupaged all of the elements using glue gel.
I added pearls to two of the corners and also added a pale blue pin wheel from my crafty stash to another corner.
I completed the card by adding one of the sentiments. A really stunning card.
