This design was printed by crafty Bob on to satin photo card. I folded a white pearli 8” card? Icut out the elements. The front design I fixed with dis tape adding the decoupage with foam pads. I added some pewter pearl drops to corners.
I fixed the plain backing with dis tape to inside
