This is 4 sheet mini kit that comes with a card front, topper , 4 tags, a page of deco and assorted labels. the labels read:

Printed out and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white 8 x 8 scallop edge card using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads. I then placed my chosen sentiment onto the card. There is a matching insert which I placed inside to finish the card.
