Floral Greeting 1Completed by Marion MacKellar
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Floral
I printed this design of glossy photo paper, cut out the topper and all the elements. Used dst to attach topper to scalloped card and silicone glue to layer the decoupage. To finish I added gems to the corners. A very pretty design so easy to make.
