Floral Reflections 1Completed by Peggy Stogdill

I reduced the size of the files so I could fit two to a sheet of 8 1/2" x 11" matte photo paper. I attached the topper with dst to a 5 1/2" card which I'd covered with stash paper, then added the back panel to the back of the card.

Added the decoupage with silicone gel. (I didn't use all of the decoupage, as there was a great deal provided, which I've saved for another use.) Added a die-cut "hello".

Finished with glitter glue on the flower centers and the hanging jewels.
