Reduced the size for a 6" card and printed on matte photo paper. I printed two of the topper sheets and none of the sheet with the banner and sentiment panels. Attached one topper with dst to a lavender card, also added the insert with dst.

To simplify the cutting of the sentiment, I cut it from the extra topper, eliminating the need for cutting out all the little openings with a craft knife, then added to the topper with silicone gel.

Added the rest of the decoupage with silicone gel (Pinflair Glue for tiny pieces) and finished with washi tape along the vertical edges and some tiny flower embellishments.
