Reduced the size for a 6" card and printed on matte photo paper. I printed two of the topper sheets and none of the sheet with the banner and sentiment panels. Attached one topper with dst to a green card, also added the insert with dst.

To simplify the cutting of the sentiment, I cut it from the extra topper, eliminating the need for cutting out all the little openings with a craft knife, then added to the topper with silicone gel. I have several of the cards in this series and used a sentiment from another one--you may have noticed it's different.

Added the rest of the decoupage with silicone gel and glued one of the floral decoupage layers on the upper left corner of the insert. Finished with touches of glitter, narrow washi tape borders across the top and bottom, and Flower Soft here and there on the background flowers.
