Reduced the size for a 6" card and printed on matte photo paper. Attached the topper with dst to a green card, also added the insert with dst.

I used a craft knife to cut out the areas of the sentiment panel and first layer of hydrangeas where scissors wouldn't fit, then added all the decoupage pieces with silicone gel or Pinflair Glue.

Finished with more smaller layers of the flowers cut from the large ones to build the round, dimensional look.
